This Campaign Policy outlines the official terms, order eligibility, pricing rules, and donation process for the Beckman High School Band Fundraising Campaign in support of the Hawaii 2026 Band Competition.

1. Campaign Purpose
This fundraising campaign is organized to support the Beckman High School Band’s participation in the Hawaii 2026 Band Competition.
Funds raised through this campaign help cover expenses including, but not limited to:
● Travel and transportation
● Lodging and meals
● Equipment and competition-related fees
2. Eligible Fundraising Orders
Only orders that meet at least one of the following criteria are considered eligible fundraising orders:
● Orders placed using the official fundraising code HELPBECKMAN26, or
● Orders placed through the official Beckman High Band fundraising page, shareable link, or QR code
Orders placed outside of these methods may not be included in the fundraising total.
3. Pricing Policy
To ensure the maximum possible donation amount:
● All fundraising orders are placed at full retail price (MSRP)
● Fundraising orders cannot be combined with seasonal promotions, automatic discounts, or other promotional offers
● The fundraising code does not provide a price discount and is used solely for order identification
This pricing policy ensures consistent and transparent donation calculations.
4. Donation Structure
Donations are calculated on a per-unit basis, according to the product purchased:
