Thank you for choosing PREDICTION. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below for a smooth and hassle-free process.

 

 

30-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee on your first pair. If your first order contains multiple pairs, we strongly recommend trying on one pair only to confirm sizing and fit before opening additional items. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any packages that are subsequently opened after the first pair. Returns will proceed as soon as possible after the product(s) has been received and inspected.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For new customers, the first opened pair is eligible for return if it does not meet your expectations.

Please note that final-sale items and specific collections are non returnable.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non returnable or have special return conditions, including:
  • Condom/Ring Kits: This item is non-returnable due to potential safety risks associated with the product type. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by providing an image of the defect.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 


PROOF OF PURCHASE

A proof of purchase must accompany your return. Acceptable forms include:

  • Email confirmation
  • Order number

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Your refund will include the cost of the returned items, and any taxes charged, minus the incurred shipping fee (incurred shipping fees refer to the actual shipping costs rather than the discounted fee originally charged. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will still be responsible for the incurred shipping fees). If your refund amount is less than the shipping fee, the remaining balance will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.

Please Note: If you purchased products at a retail location or online elsewhere, returns or exchanges must be handled by the original retailer. Our Customer Returns policy applies ONLY to items purchased through prediction413.com.


PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-6 business days for processing. After processing, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds typically take 5-6 business days to reflect in your payment account, depending on your bank’s processing time. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, Items sent back to us without an approval will not be accepted.

 

EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
  • Holiday Return Extensions: Orders purchased in November and December are eligible for return until the end of February of the following year as part of our extended holiday return window.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Gifts: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our customer service for assistance.
  • On rare occasions, PREDICTION reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or other manipulative behavior. If you encounter any issues with your return or exchange, please contact us promptly, as we may not be able to accommodate certain requests once the return window has closed.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are ultimately at PREDICTION’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn or unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. Refunds beyond 30 days or without proof of purchase may be issued as a PREDICTION gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
