SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer a variety of shipping methods for your convenience. At checkout, you will be prompted to  choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and  the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically be calculated during checkout  prior to completing your order.

For orders of $300 or more, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.

NOTE: We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO  addresses. We do not offer Express Shipping at this moment.


Domestic Shipping (All 50 States, Including U.S. Territories)

We offer free shipping on all orders over $69 within the U.S. Our domestic shipping services and rates  are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.95 for 1 item / $9.99 for 2 or more items
  • Free Shipping: On purchases over $69.00

International Shipping

We offer a variety of shipping methods for your convenience. Shipping rates are determined by the  destination country and the quantity of products ordered. The exact shipping costs will be calculated  at checkout based on your location and order details.

 

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Domestic:

Packages within the U.S. generally arrive within 2-8 business days from the shipping date, depending on  the destination from our fulfillment center. Please note that Shipping delays are common during the  holiday season due to various factors.

  • Standard: Typically 2-5 business days.

International:

International Service: Typically 7-21 business days, depending on the  destination country.

Please note that transit times are estimated and may vary due to factors such as customs processing,  weather conditions, and carrier delays.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please verify your address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect shipping address.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, & MISSING ITEMS
If you receive damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@prediction413.com within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Please provide pictures of the package and contents to assist with resolving the issue.


TRACKING ISSUES

(No Updates in Tracking History):

You can track your order via the Shipment Notification Email, Order Confirmation Page, or through the Account section on www.prediction413.com.

  • Tracking updates may take a few days. If your order shows no tracking updates after 5 days for  domestic orders or 12 days for international orders, contact our Customer Service Team at support@prediction413.com for assistance.


MARK AS "DELIVERED" BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members and neighbors, as they may have accepted the package. 
  • If you are still unable to locate your package after 3 business days from the marked “Delivered”  date, contact our Customer Service Team at support@prediction413.com for further assistance.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We know carrier issues can happen. Carriers may occasionally mark a package as “Delivered” when it is  still out for delivery, and it could be delivered within the next three business days.

  • If your order is showing as “Delivered” by the carrier and you have still not located your package  after 3 business days, contact Customer Service at support@prediction413.com for assistance. 
  • NOTE: PREDICTION is not liable for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe your  package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.


UNDELIVERABLE / UNABLE TO FORWARD / UNCLAIMED / REFUSED PACKAGES

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a refund will be issued for  the order amount minus the incurred shipping fees (actual shipping fees, not the discounted rate). For  orders that qualified for free shipping, you will be responsible for the incurred shipping fees. 

Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to reflect in your payment account due to bank processing  time.


CUSTOMER RETURNS

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact  our Returns Department at return@prediction413.com for return instructions. 

Allow up to 3 business days for us to process your return after we receive the product. Refunds will be  issued for the returned items and any taxes charged, minus incurred shipping fees. Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to reflect in your payment account due to bank processing time.

Note: Returns or exchanges for products purchased from retail locations or other online stores must be  handled through the original retailer. Our Customer Returns policy applies only to items purchased through our own site, www.prediction413.com.


CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES ON ORDERS
Once confirmed, orders are immediately transmitted to our fulfillment center and may not be canceled  or changed. Contact our Customer Service Team at support@prediction413.com for assistance. If your  order has already been processed for shipping, it will be subject to our Customer Returns policy.
