Welcome to PREDICTION ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Use govern your use of our Shopify‑hosted website, prediction413.com (the "Site"), including all purchases, services, and digital content provided through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Shopify’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply when you use our Site.

We design and manufacture original PREDICTION apparel and accessories, including patented utility‑pocket underwear. Every product reflects our commitment to innovation, functionality, and comfort.
We make every effort to display product colors and materials accurately, but we cannot guarantee perfect representation on your device. Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any item at any time.
All PREDICTION products, including their unique pocket design, construction, and branding, are protected by U.S. and international patents, copyrights, and trademarks.

Promotional Codes & Store Credits. Promotional codes, gift cards, and store credits are non‑transferable, non‑redeemable for cash, and may be subject to expiration. If your order is canceled, store credit may be reissued at our discretion.
SECTION 5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss transfers to you.
In the event of lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 10 business days. We may assist in filing a carrier claim but are not responsible for carrier decisions.

PREDICTION holds patents for its underwear pocket systems in the U.S. and internationally. These patents protect both the functional and design elements of our products.

SECTION 12. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms
By consenting to PREDICTION™ SMS marketing at checkout or through our subscription forms, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g., promotions, cart reminders) from PREDICTION™ at the mobile number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@prediction413.com.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time.
