• The PREDICTION “COLLECT 6” Promotion is not a contest but a giveaway.
• The Collect 6 promotion is open to participants from all countries who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• The Collect 6 Promotion will continue until FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000) pairs of underwear have been given away or until February 28, 2027, whichever occurs first.
• We will post an announcement on our website when the “Collect 6” Promotion ends.
• Every time you collect six (6) Passport cards, you’re eligible to redeem them for up to three (3) complimentary PREDICTION underwear (Rewards) on us!
• And yes, we even cover the shipping!
• Multiple entries are permitted; each entry requires six (6) Passport cards.
• Only Original Passport cards are accepted; photocopies or altered cards will not be valid.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• You must mail your completed form and Passport cards to our address to complete your submission.
• PREDICTION is not responsible for lost or partially missing cards during shipment.
• PREDICTION reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if any stated reward becomes unavailable.
• PREDICTION also reserves the right to reject entries that do not fully comply with these Rules & Regulations.
• For International customers, we provide free shipping to your address; however, please note that you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or related fees.

Submission Process (4 Steps)

1. Collect Six (6) PREDICTION Passport cards when purchasing from the Ad Astra series.
2. Complete the online entry form and click “Submit and Print” at the bottom
3. Mail the Printed Form along with Six (6) original Passport cards to:

5. Receive your reward. Once we receive and verify your submission, we’ll ship your complimentary products within 3 to 5 business days.

Confirmation of Receipt

Upon submitting the online entry form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note: this confirmation email does not mean the reward has been processed.
Submitting the form online alone does not complete the entry. To redeem your reward, you must mail in the original Six (6) Passport cards.
PREDICTION will process rewards only after verifying the submitted Passport cards

Mail Delivery & Verification

• You must ensure that your mail is correctly addressed before sending. We strongly recommend using certified mail for tracking.
• PREDICTION is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing Passport cards. If your mail is lost or delayed, please contact your postal service provider.
• Proof of mailing (e.g., a postal receipt) does not guarantee delivery verification.
• Only submissions that include ALL Six (6) original Passport cards will be considered valid for this promotion.

Incomplete Or Incorrect Submissions

• Missing Passport cards: If fewer than Six (6) Passport cards are received, the submission will be considered incomplete. You will be notified via email.
• You will have 60 days from the date of notification to resend the missing cards.
• Lost or altered cards: Any Passport cards that are lost in transit, tampered with, or altered in any way will not be accepted. Such submission will be considered invalid.
  
  We strongly recommend using certified mail with tracking for your protection.

Processing Time

• Once your complete submission is received and verified, your complimentary products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. If there are any issues with the submission, you will be contacted via email.

  A: Every time you purchase from the Ad Astra Series, a Passport card will be included in the large pocket of your new underwear. Collect 6 cards to redeem your rewards!
• Q: What if I lose my Passport cards?
  A: Unfortunately, lost Passport cards cannot be replaced. Please keep them safe until you collect six (6)!
• Q: How do I know if my submission was received?
  A: After submitting the form online, you’ll receive a confirmation email. However, this only confirms your online submission. Once we receive and verify your Passport Cards by mail, you’ll get a second email confirming your reward.
• Q: What happens if I don’t send six (6) Passport cards?
  A: If we receive fewer than six (6) Passport cards, we’ll notify you by email. You’ll need to send the remaining cards to complete your submission.
• Q: Can I submit more than once?
  A: Yes! Every time you collect six (6) Passport cards during the “Collect 6 Promotion” period, you may submit them to receive additional complimentary rewards.
• Q: How long does it take to receive my complimentary products?
  A: Once we receive your six (6) Passport cards, we’ll ship your rewards within 3 to 5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on the way
